Walking Log ... Walks including "Wether Hill"

Wether Hill
Wether Hill is situated on the main ridge running directly north from High Raise which carries the ancient High Street Roman road. The summit is little more than a broad grassy plain, one of a series of gently rolling bumps along the ridge,. As such the top is largely featureless, but still provides a pleasant easy stroll with with lovely views to the west of the Eastern Fells.

Wether Hill is the 17th highest of the Wainwright fells in the Far Eastern region, and the 100th highest overall.
