Walking Log ... Walks including "Rest Dodd"

Rest Dodd
Rest Dodd is a roughly dome shaped fell sitting just off the ridge running northwest from High Street down to Ullswater. It is from Rest Dodd that the only allowed path onto The Nab is found (all other potential routes fall inside the Martindale Deer Forest - a safe haven for a red deer herd, and forbidden to walkers).

In Wainwright rankings, Rest Dodd comes in 16th highest of the Far Eastern Fells, and is 92nd highest overall.
