Red Tarn (Cold Pike)
Small elongated tarn lying high up in the dip between Pike O'Blisco and Cold Pike. Its outflow into Browney Gill meets up with Oxendale Beck, which in turn flows down to feed Great Langdale Beck.

Although it is less well known and significantly smaller than its namesake which lies directly under Helvellyn, it is nonetheless an attractive stretch of water.
